Shipping & Return Policy

Durable Medical Equipment Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship out for delivery that day, unless otherwise noted. Shipping options may vary depending on the number of items in your cart, the type of items in your cart, or the order subtotal. At our discretion, Giant Eagle reserves the right to choose the appropriate carriers based upon the contents and the needs of the customer. Giant Eagle cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. Delivery times range from 3-5 business days. Weather delays, shipping holidays, and other circumstances may impact delivery time. An order tracking number will be provided through a confirmation email after the order has been completed and processed.

Giant Eagle will not replace or credit any missing item unless notified within 5 days of receipt of your package. Please check your shipment immediately upon arrival. If something is missing in your order, please contact Giant Eagle Customer Service at 1-800-442-6857.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will not ship until Monday.
  • Giant Eagle does not currently ship to any location outside of the United States of America.
  • Stock and availability of products may change with or without notice.


Durable Medical Equipment Return Policy

  • All requests for return of Products must have a return authorization number issued by Giant Eagle’s Customer Service department. Contact the Customer Service Department at 1-800-442-6857
  • Products cannot be returned to any Giant Eagle location.
  • For products to be returnable to Supplier, they must: (i) be in the original unopened packaging; and (ii) in resalable condition, unless such Products are not in original unopened packaging or resalable condition due to the fault of Seller.
  • Products that are: (a) special order Products; (b) custom Products; or (c) Products not available for general or unrestricted distribution are not returnable.
  • Full credit on any given return, as described below, will be issued no later than thirty (30) days after the receipt of the merchandise and necessary documentation and the examination and inspection of such return at the local Seller distribution center.
    • Products shipped in error by Seller and nonconforming Products – if returned within thirty (30) days of date of invoice.
    • Products shipped that are damaged – if returned within thirty (30) days of date of invoice.
    • Any products returned as the result of a recall or defective condition.
  • Any Perks earned as a result of the purchase will be forfeited once the Return is processed.

How to Return an Item

Step 1:

Call Giant Eagle Customer Service at 1-800-442-6857 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA).  Please have the following information ready: your order confirmation number, date of purchase, item(s) that need to be returned and the credit card information that was used for the purchase.

Step 2:

Once the RGA number has been received, customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product back to Giant Eagle. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. A Giant Eagle Customer Service Representative will provide the address to which the product should be returned. Product cannot be returned to any Giant Eagle location.

Step 3:

The credit card used for the purchase will be issued a refund for the amount of the purchase, in accordance with our return policy. Credit will not be issued for the shipping that was billed on the initial order. 

Any Perks earned as a result of the purchase will be forfeited once the return is processed.
